A young Sierra Leonean student, Abdulai from Lungi turned became a billionaire after winning the sum of One Billion, One Hundred and Sixty-Four Million Old Leones from Mercury International from just a staked of Fifteen Thousand Leone.

The lucky Abdulai on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, received his billionaire cheque after placing Nle 15 on 32 teams in a single ticket.

With joy and short of words, Abdulai revealed he only started betting with Mercury International about a month ago and can’t believe he could have become a billionaire within the shortest time.
